We ship with USPS. Orders are packed in 1–3 business days, then arrive in 1–3 business days in Puerto Rico and 3–7 business days to the US mainland.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and address. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.

You'll get an email with your USPS tracking link once your order ships. You can also see your order status anytime in your account. Sign in with the email you used to order.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Sale items and earrings are final sale.

Sign in with the email you used to order, open your order and click Request return. For an exchange, write the size or color you'd like in the note. You can also open your order from the View your order button in your order email.

Once we receive and check your piece, we issue your refund to your original payment method. It usually appears within 5–10 business days.

Most pieces fit true to size. Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit, or choose your usual size for a fitted look.

Our jewelry is 18K gold-plated and made to keep its shine. Put it on after perfume and lotion, take it off before showering, swimming or working out, and store it dry in its pouch.

You can request a cancellation from your account within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn't shipped. Need to change your address or size? Message us right away.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. To be accepted, your piece must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
  • With all original tags still attached
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, lint or pet hair
  • Free of smoke or other odors
  • Returned in its original packaging

A prepaid USPS return label is included in your package. Please send all items you're returning together in one package. A $7.99 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund, once per return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items and earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Request your return online once your order has been delivered, within 14 days.

  1. 01Sign in with the email you used to order. We'll email you a one-time code, so no password is needed. Or open the View your order button in your order email.
  2. 02Go to Orders and open the order you want to return.
  3. 03Click Request return, select the items and the reason, and submit. For an exchange, write the size or color you'd like in the note.
  4. 04We'll review your request and email you once it's approved.
  5. 05Pack all items together in one package, attach the prepaid return label included in your order and drop it off at any USPS location.
